Light turnover: walkthrough, touch-up paint, caulking, hardware, smoke detectors, and a final check.
1 gallon of paint and up to $75 in materials included.
Everything in Basic, plus wall patching, door and cabinet repairs, minor plumbing and electrical fixes, and carpet cleaning or stretching.
Up to 3 gallons of paint and up to $200 in materials included.
Heavy turnover: flooring repair, extensive repairs and paint, and a deep clean.
Up to 5 gallons of paint and up to $500 in materials included.
